The partnership between Unit Garage and Akrapovic has led to the creation of an exhaust system that combines Akrapovič technology, Unit Garage's design, and aesthetics inspired by the BMW Dakar motorcycles of the 1980s. The handcrafted muffler, made of high-quality titanium alloy with a carbon cover, weighs just 2.1 kg! In addition to its reduced weight, the exhaust offers improved power and torque, accompanied by a deeper, sportier sound. Compatibility with the bike's original mounting brackets makes installation simple, without the need for modifications or ECU remapping.
Compatible with all our pannier frames.
The standard passenger footrests can be retained.
The exhaust is approved for road use in full compliance with EURO5+ regulations.
NB: Not compatible with the left frame for BMW bags
7. BMW R12 G/S aluminum engine guard

Anodized aluminum engine guard. Protects the engine and exhaust manifolds off-road. Made of 3 mm Peraluman lightweight alloy, it is cold-stamped and embossed with exhaust ports: the pronounced ribs for strength are combined with extremely simplified attachments. It is larger than the original model and is shaped to protect the exhaust manifolds at the front and in the most exposed area of the catalytic converter. It comes with hardware, anti-vibration mounts, and spacers and is ready for installation.

If you want to protect your boxer as much as possible, this is the bar for you. It features a double side protection tube. It offers excellent protection in the event of a fall and integrates perfectly with the frame of the BMW R12 G/S. Made of 25 mm, 2 mm thick steel tubing, treated with high-resistance powder coatings. Most maintenance can be performed without disassembling the bar. Very attractive and elegant, they perfectly define the lines of the motorcycle. They come with everything you need, including assembly instructions.
NB: Compatible with aftermarket or OEM cylinder head covers and guards.

Milled from solid with numerically controlled machines (CNC), they are offered in two finishes:

10. Original Rallye BMW R12 G/S seat cover
Code: 5012
Made of high-quality synthetic leather. Interchangeable with the original, it's more comfortable thanks to the additional layer of foam attached inside. It comes with a handle and the seams are taped to prevent water from seeping inside.
Proper installation requires a bit of skill; if you're not comfortable with it, contact an upholsterer.
Mounting system:
1. remove the seat from the motorcycle
2. disassemble the original cover by removing the staples
3. Mount the new cover with new staples, centering it well.
NB: This cover fits on the original Rallye seat
11. Passenger Handle BMW R12 G/S

To finish off the end of the seat, we designed a very minimalist passenger grab handle. It offers an excellent grip for the passenger, helps secure luggage to the rear of the seat when traveling alone, and is effective for moving or supporting the motorcycle in emergency off-road situations. Made of stainless steel treated with high-resistance powder coatings, it is very easy to install with the included kit.
If you don't want to lose your girlfriend...you need this accessory!
NB: the two small original supports for fixing additional bands mounted under the rear mudguard must be removed, the handle is used for the same purpose.
